Follow these steps to get up and running with Superseek today.

The first step is to add all the content you think your AI bot would need to provide meaningful answers.
Your AI bot cannot answer outside of the knowledge you provide it. The more relevant the information it has to work with, the better.
To add your content, head over to Bots in the left navigation. You will find a default AI bot ready for you named 'My Bot'. Click on Manage and head over to Source Data.
You can add web pages (your entire website, your help content, and individual web pages), documents (PDFs only), and custom content (plain text) from here.
Indexing your web content can take a while depending on the size of your website. You can move on to the next steps while indexing is in progress.
Only PDFs that are 'readableâ i.e. you can highlight the text in it and copy and paste from it can be indexed.
The next step is to configure how your bot looks and behaves. Head to the Settings tab (Bots > Manage > Settings) to start.
Configure your bot's name, the instructions it should follow, the AI model, etc. here.
Bot name: The default name of your first bot is My Bot. Edit it to give your bot a name.
Bot Description: The bot description is for your use only and will not be displayed to your users. Feel free to edit it or leave it as it is.
AI Model: Choose the AI model here. The higher the quality of the AI model, the higher the quality of the AI answer, and the higher the credits it uses per response.
Company or Product Name: Enter the company or product your AI bot should provide answers about.
About the company or product: Share a very brief description of your company or product. This helps the AI understand who it represents and helps it provide better responses.
Bot Role and Instructions: Give your AI bot instructions on who it is, how it should respond, how it should not respond, and anything else you'd like to add. You can choose to go with our default instructions or feel free to give your own. If you do give your own instructions, please make sure to test how the bot performs before going live with it.

Sometimes the AI bot will not have a relevant answer. You can configure how the bot should handle such situations here.
Fallback Response: This is the canned response the bot will provide if it cannot generate a meaningful answer. Customize it to suit your business needs.
Human handoff to your existing live chat provider: If you have live chat enabled on your website, you can configure Superseek to hand over the conversation to your live chat tool when the question needs human intervention. Click on your live chat provider and follow the instructions to set it up.
Routing buttons: Along with a fallback response, you can optionally provide additional buttons to get in touch with you. You can set the button to open a link (a link to create a support ticket or schedule time with you for example) or to provide a canned response ("Give us a call at +1 123 456 7890 for further assistance" for example).
Once all your content has been ingested, head to the Playground (Bots > Manage > Playground) to test the AI bot's responses. Ask the most common questions your customers ask and check the answers.
Conversations in the playground will show up in your inbox so you can see how the inbox works.
This might be because a relevant answer is not present in the source content you provided. You can consider adding the information to the source content (your website or help center for example).
Alternatively, you can quickly fill the information gap by adding the question and answer in Custom Content (Bots > Source Data > Custom Content).
You can add an answer correction to fix inaccurate responses. Head over to your inbox. You can view all conversations from the Playground there.
Locate the inaccurate response in the chatlog and click on Add Correction. Add the correct answer to the question. Your AI bot will now provide an accurate response to that question. Test the question again in the playground to verify.
Once you are satisfied with the AI's answers, you're all set to add Superseek to your website.
Add Superseek to your website to start answering customer queries right away. Go to the Share tab (Bots > Manage > Share), copy the widget code snippet, and paste it just before the </body> tag to add the chat widget to your website.
