Follow these steps to set up human handoff to Intercom live chat

If you use Hubspot as your live chat tool, follow these steps to provide customers the option to seamlessly switch between conversing with your Superseek AI bot and connecting with a member of your team via Hubspot.

Enable Human Handoff to Hubspot

Head over to Bots > Manage > Settings > Routing. Navigate to the 'Enable handoff to Live Chat' section. Select Hubspot and click 'Connect'.

Paste the Hubspot tracking code and click 'Connect' to activate human handoff to Hubspot live chat.
