# Handoff to Intercom

If you use Intercom as your live chat tool, follow these steps to provide customers the option to seamlessly switch between conversing with your Superseek AI bot and connecting with a member of your team via Intercom.

## Enable Human Handoff to Intercom

Head over to <mark style="color:purple;">Bots > Manage > Settings > Routing</mark>. Navigate to the '<mark style="color:purple;">Enable handoff to Live Chat</mark>' section. Select Intercom and click 'Connect'.&#x20;

Paste the Intercom website widget code and click on 'Connect' to activate human handoff to Intercom live chat.

## Where can I find my Intercom Embed Code?

#### In Intercom, head over to Settings.
