If you use Intercom as your live chat tool, follow these steps to provide customers the option to seamlessly switch between conversing with your Superseek AI bot and connecting with a member of your team via Intercom.
Head over to Bots > Manage > Settings > Routing. Navigate to the 'Enable handoff to Live Chat' section. Select Intercom and click 'Connect'.
Paste the Intercom website widget code and click on 'Connect' to activate human handoff to Intercom live chat.
Paste this code snippet in Superseek to activate human handoff to Intercom live chat.
