If you use Hubspot as your live chat tool, follow these steps to provide customers the option to seamlessly switch between conversing with your Superseek AI bot and connecting with a member of your team via Hubspot.
Head over to Bots > Manage > Settings > Routing. Navigate to the 'Enable handoff to Live Chat' section. Select Hubspot and click 'Connect'.
Paste the Hubspot tracking code and click 'Connect' to activate human handoff to Hubspot live chat.
You can find your unique Tidio javascript code by heading to Settings > Channels > Live Chat > Installation section.
