# Add answer correction

AI is great, but it's not without its faults.&#x20;

It can sometimes generate inaccurate responses. Follow these steps to correct an AI response so your bot provides an accurate response the next time.

## Adding an answer correction

**Step 1:** Head over to your <mark style="color:purple;">Inbox</mark> and go to the AI response that needs to be corrected. Click on <mark style="color:purple;">'Add Correction'</mark> at the bottom of the answer.

Add the correct answer for that question and click Save.

The question and corrected answer will be added to your AI bot's knowledge base. The AI bot will use the corrected answer the next time the question is asked.

{% hint style="warning" %}
We strongly recommend rectifying the source content responsible for the inaccurate response too.&#x20;
{% endhint %}

All answer corrections can be found at <mark style="color:purple;">Bots > Manage > Source Data > Corrections.</mark>
