Add answer correction

Learn how to correct an inaccurate AI response so it responds correctly the next time.

AI is great, but it's not without its faults.

It can sometimes generate inaccurate responses. Follow these steps to correct an AI response so your bot provides an accurate response the next time.

Adding an answer correction

Step 1: Head over to your Inbox and go to the AI response that needs to be corrected. Click on 'Add Correction' at the bottom of the answer.

Add the correct answer for that question and click Save.

The question and corrected answer will be added to your AI bot's knowledge base. The AI bot will use the corrected answer the next time the question is asked.

We strongly recommend rectifying the source content responsible for the inaccurate response too.

All answer corrections can be found at Bots > Manage > Source Data > Corrections.
