Delete website or help center content from your AI's knowledge base

To delete website or help center content from your AI's knowledge base, head over to Bots > Source Data > Website Content.

Click on Manage and then click on the Delete button next to the website/ web page/ help center links you'd like to delete.

Deleted content is removed from your AI's knowledge base instantly.

Delete documents/ custom content/ answer corrections from your AI's knowledge base

Head over to the relevant page in Bots > Source Data and click on the Delete button to remove it instantly.
